cently established Joar's Kitchen, there's fine à la carte dining Thursday to Saturday (try,
forexample,grouseshotinthelocalmountainswithmushrooms,potatoes,greensandred-
currant jelly). Lunchtime is less formal but just as inventive. On other evenings there are
special buffets such as taco (Tuesday) and steak (Wednesday).
