Select the source and destination of the data

practice file folder, click the
ProductsAndSuppliers
database, and then click

Import tables, queries, forms, reports, macros, and modules into the current
database
selected in the wizard, click
OK
to open the
Import Objects
dialog box.
In the Import Objects dialog box, you select the Access objects you want to import.

to display additional
