Create a new database.

Launch SQL Server Management Studio.

Create a new database to store the performance data.

Launch the Import Data Wizard.

Right-click the database name.

Highlight Tasks.

Under the drop-down menu, select Import Data.

Configure the Data Source.

Choose Flat File as the data source.

Browse and select the CSV file created earlier in this procedure.
