COST LOADING
In this exercise, the GC is cost loading the schedule but will follow two approaches.
For self-performed activities, the GC will resource load them (i.e., assign the proper
amount of labor and equipment, plus add the cost of materials, if any). 4 For sub-
contracted activities, the GC will add only the cost of these activities (no resource
loading).
