incredibly picturesque views of the city
and the interior design reflects the poet's
quirky tastes. Like his other homes, the
five-storey house has a nautical theme and
is crammed with random knick-knacks

that Neruda picked up on his travels;
unlike the others, you can explore this one
without a guide. The vista from his
bedroom window is nothing short of
