Then I did pass of a matte material that really showed me all of the detail in the sculpt. I also took a pass
of a very black and shiny material that I used for the creature's black pattern on the mandibles, chest, and
spikes. Finally, I render a flat material pass that is a solid white silhouette. This is a pass that I'll use as a
mask when I start to bring the design into Photoshop ( Figure 9-113 ) .
