MacBeth
Notes: The large to very large, yellow fruits have white flesh. Has per-

Oliver
Notes: The medium-sized to large, orange fruits have sweet, pale or-
ange flesh with good flavor. Ripens in mid-season to late season. Popu-
lar in southern Florida but has proven susceptible to fire blight in
southern Louisiana. Requires cross-pollination.
Tanaka
Notes: The small, dark yellow to orange fruits have yellowish-orange
flesh with excellent flavor. Ripens in mid-season to late season; too late
for southern California. Trees are of medium height. Among the more
cold-hardy loquats. Popular in Florida and recommended for trial
plantings in Louisiana. Partially self-fruitful but produces better with
cross-pollination.

Notes: The small to medium-sized, dark yellow to orange fruits have
