is 240; this means that the game world is running 240 times faster than
it would in real life. If you do want to set it to real time, change the
value to 1.
n Season : You can specify up to 12 seasons.
n Name : The name of the season that you are configuring. In the case of
Figure 10.12, it is winter.
n Length : The number of days that the currently selected season will last.
n Current year : The current year that the game is set.
n Current day : Out of the specified number of days in the year length,
specify the current day.
Season dawn hour : When will dawn take place in the current season.

Season dusk hour : When will dusk take place in the current season.

Note
You do not need to call your seasons the same as those used in English; this is particularly useful
when creating a game based on a totally new world. You could call them Phases, Solstice, or any
other combination that you find suitable.
Note
When you are creating a new year setup that is not the same as the default earth setting, you
should consider writing it on paper first so that you can work out precisely what you want before
you input it into Realm Crafter.
Waypoints Icons
Waypoints are used in everyday situations. When you are traveling from
location A to location B, and then decide you want to get some gasoline, that
gas station is a waypoint. Actually, all three locations are considered waypoints.
In a computer game, an AI character might have a patrol route, and each point
is part of the path of where the character will walk.
Once you have added a waypoint object (which is discussed in more detail in
Chapter 13), you can connect or delete links to it using the buttons in the
toolbar, which are:
