Investigation of composites softening temperature was carried out by apparatus
of Vica method. Figure 3 shows the temperature dependence of the indentor deepen-
ing to the mass of the sample for composites with ¿ xed (20 mass %) concentration of
unmodi¿ ed and modi¿ ed by TEOS.
