In-Depth Information
LPO rate suppression in the erythrocytes. The MDA/PH relation after incubation was
less then unity, whereas in most cases higher with absence of hemolysis growing [14].
This suggests failure in the system of LPO homeostasis in erythrocytes membrane.
Apparently, further pathology development led to concentration of the unsaturated
lipids in the membranes and accordingly, increasing its oxidability. Then there was
burning out of this lipids and substrate depletion.

8.4 CONCLUSION
Erythrocytes membrane both the regions (lipidic and near protein) fluidity increased
level were observed, which testify failures in the system of LPO homeostasis in these
membranes [11, 12]. We have shown that LPO rate is enhanced not for all patients, as
considered earlier. Three groups were marked out by LPO parameters. The LPO rates
were increased for the first group. It was characterized by enhanced hemolysis and
MDA content before and after incubation with increasing both hemolysis and MDA
content. For the second and third groups LPO rates was decreased. The second group
was characterized by low hemolysis without increment during incubation. Relations
of the MDA content to the peroxide hemolysis were significantly greater than unity.
Enhanced mechanical hemolysis and decreasing of MDA content and hemolysis dur-
ing incubation period were observed for the third group. Probably, these groups were
in a different AD severity.
