Gimpo International Airport
The bulk of domestic flights (and a handful of international ones) arrive at Gimpo Inter-
national Airport (
660 2114; http://gimpo.airport.co.kr ; West Seoul), 18km west of the city centre.
Bus
City/KAL limousine buses Run every 10 minutes to central Seoul ( 5000/7000, around
40 minutes to Seoul station, depending on traffic).
Subway
Lines 5 and 9 connect the airport with the city ( 1250, 35 minutes).
Train
A'REX Trains Run to Seoul station ( 1300, 15 minutes).
Taxi
A taxi costs around 35,000 to the city centre and takes from 40 minutes to an hour.
CITY AIR TERMINALS
If you're flying Korean Air, Asiana or Jeju Air, you can check in your luggage and go through immigration at
KARST ( http://english.arex.or.kr/jsp/eng/index.jsp ) at Seoul station ( OFFLINE MAP ), then hop on the A'REX
train to Gimpo or Incheon. If you're south of the river, a similar service operates from CALT( OFFLINE MAP
GOOGLE MAP ; www.calt.co.kr ; 5.30am-6.30pm; Line 2 to Samseong, Exit 5) at the COEX Mall and in-
cludes Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines Qantas, Air Canada and Philippine Airlines. From here limousine
buses run to either airport.
