( 284-494-3555; www.biras.com ; 4-courseprixfixedinner$85; breakfast,lunch
& dinner) Overlooking North Sound from an elegant, tiki-style pavilion, the resort's hill-
top restaurant is about as highfalutin as it gets. The four-course set menu changes daily, but
honey-coated shrimp brochette or lentil-cream-sauced, ham-wrapped salmon are examples
of what to expect. A swig of house port wraps up the affair. Reservations are mandatory,
and there's a dress code (trousers and collared shirt for men). The resort's free ferry picks
up restaurant guests at Gun Creek at three-quarters past the hour.
Leverick Bay Restaurant ITALIAN, SEAFOOD $$$
( 284-495-7154; www.therestaurantatleverickbay.com ; mains $30-45; break-

restaurant sits beachside and provides nice views of the water.
Drinking
Saba Rock Bar PUB

by your table. Food is served here, but the bar is what you're after. Come over on the free
ferry from Gun Creek or Bitter End (call 284-495-7711 to arrange a pickup).
Crawl Pub PUB

for workers from the area's resorts.
Jumbies Beach Bar BAR
