We tendered for the above work on the [

]. A binding contract exists between the employer and ourselves
in terms incorporating, among other things, the provisions of [

Although we have difficulty in understanding why you have not yet prepared
the formal contract documents for signature/completion as a deed [

], the completion of such formal contract documents will simply
reflect the respective rights and obligations of the parties as already agreed
and about which there is no doubt.
We, therefore, require you to issue your certificate in accordance with
clause 4.9 [

MWD, or '50' when using GC/Works/1 (1998)

If such certificate is not in our hands by [
