To sub-contractor, termination on insolvency
This letter is not suitable for use with GC/Works/SC.

Dear
We note that you are insolvent as defined in clause 7.1 of the sub-contract.
By this letter, we terminate your employment under the sub-contract in
accordance with clause 7.5.1.
At our discretion under clause 7.5.3, we may take reasonable measures to
ensure that the sub-contract works and the sub-contract site materials are
adequately protected.
The rights and duties of the parties are governed by clause 7.7. No temporary
buildings, plant, tools, equipment, goods or materials shall be removed from
site until and if we so direct. Take note that any other provisions which require
any further payments or release of retention cease to apply.
