To sub-contractor, terminating employment after termination of the
main contract
This letter is not suitable for use with GC/Works/SC.

Dear
In accordance with clause 7.9 of the sub-contract, we have to inform you
that our employment under the main contract was terminated on the [
insert
date, bearing in mind that this letter must be sent immediately the main contract
termination takes place
]. The clause provides that your employment under this
sub-contract must thereupon terminate.
The rights and duties of the parties are governed by clause 7.11. Take note
that any other provisions which require any further payments or release of
retention cease to apply. All our other rights and remedies are preserved.
