to adjudication. Therefore, you are lacking jurisdiction and we invite you to
relinquish your appointment.
If you fail to do so, take this as notice that we will reserve all our rights and
our participation in the purported adjudication will be without prejudice to
our right to resist the enforcement of any decision and to seek a declaration
from the court that your decision is a nullity and, therefore, you are not
entitled to fees.
