Dear
We note that you have sought the appointment of an adjudicator.
Your notice of intention to refer to adjudication contains no reference to a
dispute or difference capable of being referred to adjudication. Therefore, the
adjudicator has no jurisdiction. We invite you to withdraw and inform the
adjudicator of the position. If you fail to do so, take this as notice that we will
reserve all our rights and our participation in the purported adjudication will
be without prejudice to our right to resist the enforcement of any decision.
