To sub-contractor that wrongly confirms an oral direction
This letter is only suitable for use with GC/Works/SC.

The issue of directions is governed by clause 4.3. We reject your confirmation,
because there is no provision for oral directions nor for their confirmation by
the sub-contractor.
Moreover, we deny that such a direction was given as you state or at all.
