Further to our notice served in accordance with the provisions of clause 8.11.1
[ substitute '6.10.1' when using MW or MWD ], the suspension has not ceased and
we now hereby terminate our employment under the contract.
The consequences of such termination are set out in clause 8.12 [ substitute
'6.11' when using MW or MWD ].
