We are in receipt of your notice dated [

] purporting to terminate our
employment under clause 8.4.2 [
substitute '6.4.2' when using MW or MWD

the conditions of contract.
Your original default notice was received on the [

]. The Post Office
will be able to confirm to you the date of delivery. Your notice of termination
was, therefore, premature and of no effect and may amount to a repudiation
of the contract for which we can claim substantial damages. We have already
corrected the default specified in your original notice and, without prejudice
to any of our rights and remedies in this matter and particularly (but without
limitation) our right to treat your purported termination as repudiation, we
will continue to work normally while we take appropriate advice.
