This letter is only suitable for use with MW or MWD.

Clause 4.8.1 of the conditions of contract requires you to issue the final
certificate within 28 days of receipt by you of all documentation reasonably
required for computation of the amount to be certified, provided that you have
issued your certificate under clause 2.11 [
