We note that you have not issued any withholding notice, but you have failed
to pay/pay in full [

] the sum due by the final date for
payment. Without prejudice to our other rights and remedies, we give notice
that unless you pay the amount due in full within 7 days after receipt of this
letter, we shall, in accordance with clause 4.14 [
substitute '4.11' when using IC,
ICD or DB, '4.7' when using MW or MWD or '52' when using GC/Works/1 (1998)
],
suspend performance of all our obligations under the contract until full
payment is received.
