To architect, regarding verification of vouchers for daywork
This letter is not suitable for use with MW, MWD or GC/Works/1
(1998).

that it would save time if you notified us that the clerk of works was your
authorised representative for the purpose of clause 5.7 [

]. The clerk of works could officially
verify the vouchers as required by the contract. We should be interested to
hear whether this suggestion meets with your approval.
