To architect, if contractor providing levels and setting out information
This letter is only suitable for use with the contractor's designed portion
of SBC, ICD or MWD or with DB.

In accordance with clause 2.9.2.2 [
substitute '2.10.2.2' when using ICD or '2.1.5'
when using MWD or '2.8' when using DB
] of the conditions of contract, we
enclose two copies of the levels and setting out dimensions we propose to use
for the Works.
In order to avoid any delays, please let us know by close of business on [insert
the latest date you need to know, allowing for any changes that may need to
be made after notification] if you have any adverse comments. If we do not
receive any comments, we shall assume that you approve the information and
proceed to use it in constructing the Works.
