To architect, if contractor providing contractor's design documents
This letter is only suitable for use with the contractor's designed portion
of SBC and with DB.

In accordance with the submission procedure in Schedule 1, we enclose two
copies of the following contractor's design documents:

List drawings, specifications, details and, if requested, calculations.

Please return the documents within 14 days of receipt, marked 'A', 'B' or 'C'.
Please note that where you return a document marked 'B' or 'C', paragraph 4
requires you to identify in writing why you consider it is not in accordance
with the contract.
Any documents not returned within 14 days will be regarded as marked 'A' in
accordance with paragraph 3.
