Federal Rules of Evidence 502 (b) Inadvertent Disclosure (E-Discovery)

Rule 502(b) Inadvertent Disclosure may give you protection when attorney-client privileged- or work product-protected material is inadvertently disclosed. By now, you know that nothing comes easy. You (as the holder of the privilege or protection) took reasonable steps to prevent disclosure.
You noticed and responded promptly to your error and took reasonable steps to fix the error.
