VRML format has shown itself to be the most suitable especially for its universality
as well as the ability to present the 3D model in the World Wide Web environment.
In this way it is simple for all the involved groups to access the landscape scenarios.
This is especially true for inhabitants, who are often excluded from the planning
process (see The Decision Triangle).
