Snow is falling on this rescue boat crew, photographed heading south on Tenth Street
between Fourth and Fifth Avenues. The former First Huntington National Bank building is
visible behind the boat. The marquee covers the Tenth Street entrance to the offices on the
bank's upper floors. In the 1930s, the bank's office floors were occupied by many of the
city's leading doctors and lawyers. Note the sign pointing the way to a nearby Esso service
station.
