Instructions:
Put each categorized action from the Action-Planning Matrix into
the Action-Planning Guide (Table 10.3). Each action should include an individual
responsible for the action, people who will support the effort, resources (and possible
sources) that will support the effort, and a timeline for completing the action, includ-
ing short- and long-term milestones.
