Leadership
A facilitator or instructor presents information at seminars. The facilitator
should have some leadership skills, but little other training is required.
Games
A game is a simulation of operations using rules, data, and procedures designed
to depict an actual or assumed real-life situation. Games are similar to drills in
that the participants run through a series of predetermined and planned steps.
Games differ since the participants are typically on teams competing against each
other and are required to analyze and implement data and assumptions.
