Fig. 16.15 Rapid aeolian changeon Mars: a timelapse pair of images
taken by the Spirit rover on Mars, five days apart. These images are
analyzed in Sullivan et al. (2008) to determine a *2 cm ripple
movement. The movement is easy to observe by blinking images back
and forth, but takes close scrutiny on the printed page, so we have
