retreating. The few
exceptions are some
small glaciers at high
elevations, such as
those on the upper
slopes of Mount
McKinley, 6,166 meters
(20,230 feet) tall.
If all Alaska glaciers
disappear, sea level
will rise between 1
and 2 inches (25 and
51 millimeters).
