In-Depth Information
Vitamins C and E will help the body detoxify and repair soft tissues. People have reported that
they have used hair-analysis tests to verify that MMS (see chapter 6 ) will help the body to
eliminate heavy metals, so MMS could be a valuable self-help treatment to purge radioactive
heavy metals from the body. Chlorella, an algae that is most effective when processed to its
“cracked wall” form, and the herb cilantro are natural products that have been scientifically
proven to chelate heavy metals, helping the body to eliminate them.
Dosimeter
In the event of a nuclear disaster, traditionally it has been quite difficult, or expensive, to de-
termine how big of a radiation dose one has received. For the most part a “wait and see” atti-
tude was employed in which, based upon your symptoms and distance from the nuclear event,
one might estimate roughly how much radiation was received. However, after the Chernobyl
accident it became clear that large numbers of people might need an inexpensive dosimeter that
would provide a visual indication of the level of radiation exposure. One such device is a low
cost (roughly $2 each) label from JP Laboratories that has a built-in color-coded meter. Much
like those labels that read temperature by changing color, this label reads cumulative radiation
dose by changing color (see www.jplabs.com ) .
