In-Depth Information
To prepare one 4-ounce bottle of 28 percent MMS solution (water purification drops):
Step 1: In a small glass or ceramic bowl, add 3 ounces of warm (approximately 150˚F) pure water.
Either use distilled water or water purified by reverse osmosis filtration (R/O).
Step 2: Slowly stir in 4 level teaspoons of pure sodium chlorite flakes. Stir with a non-metallic spoon
to help dissolve the sodium chlorite flakes, then cover to eliminate light (especially direct sun-
light), which causes an adverse reaction in the sodium chlorite.
Step 3: Let the solution sit for three hours or more. This will be a saturated solution, so expect some
undissolved particles to settle to the bottom of the bowl.
Step 4: Pour liquid from bowl into a clean glass bottle (preferred) or plastic (PET-1-type plastic)
bottle, and discard undissolved crystals. Label the bottle with “MMS.” A dark brown- or green-
colored bottle is preferred, so as to protect the MMS concentrate from the degrading effects of
light.
Caution: Do not store MMS concentrate in bottles with a rubber dropper cap, since chlor-
ine dioxide gas exuded by the solution will cause the rubber dropper to expand and to burst
over time.
To prepare one 4-ounce bottle of 50 percent citric-acid activator solution:
Step 1: In a small glass or ceramic bowl, add 2 ounces (¼ cup) of warm (approximately 150˚F) pure
water. Either use distilled water or water purified by reverse osmosis filtration (R/O).
Step 2: Slowlystirin2ounces(¼cup)ofpowderedcitricacid(purchaseonlineorfromapharmacy).
Stir with a non-metallic spoon to help dissolve the citric acid.
Step 3: Pour liquid from bowl into a clean glass bottle (preferred) or plastic (PET-1-type plastic)
bottle. If necessary, add water to equal a total of 4 ounces of liquid (½ cup). Label the bottle with
“50 percent citric acid.”
Standard Protocol 1000
Protocol 1000 is basically taking 3 drops of activated MMS each hour, diluted in water or juice,
for eight hours a day, over a period of three weeks. Many people find it easiest to mix up an en-
tire day's supply of diluted MMS once in the morning (typically in either a 1-liter or 1-quart
glass jar), and drink it in small doses spaced throughout the day. You may stop the protocol
sooner if dealing with minor issues that clear up quickly, or serious diseases like malaria that
respond rapidly to treatment with MMS. As the MMS starts to kill pathogens in the body, it re-
leases toxins into your bloodstream that your body will try to purge if the toxic level gets too
high, so you may feel nausea or diarrhea (this is called a “Herxheimer reaction”). If one is feel-
ing very sick, then start with 1 drop an hour or even ½ drop and hour, but then begin taking
more if you feel that you can. The rule is, if the drops seem to be making you feel worse (naus-
ea, diarrhea, etc.), take a smaller dose, and if they are not making you feel worse then take a
little bit more the next hour, but never more than 3 drops an hour.
