A possible scenario of future collaborative efforts among the Asian, European,
and American space science communities is described with scientific objec-
tives focused on the Saturnian system. The project tentatively named Saturn
Atmosphere Probe and Phoebe Rover (SAPPORO) mission could probably
be realized in around 2025 if organizational steps are taken now to facilitate
dialogs and scientific exchanges among the scientists on a global scale.
The best way to know God is to love many things.
