This study clearly indicates that the ADAM2 model with the proper
emission reduction factor specified from accurate land-surface conditions
and meteorological model output, has great potential to be used as an Asian
dust forecasting tool in Korea. The forecasting system requires detailed
monitoring of land-use type changes in the source region.
