At Sendai Airport, we reached the end of our planned survey area along the Tohoku
coast. We then boarded the Shinkansen (bullet train) for the two-hour ride south back
to Tokyo, where we said farewell to our gracious hosts from PARI. At the hotel, our
team began finalizing an outline for our survey report to ASCE/COPRI.
