7.5. The CuO and ZnO ENPs were disposed on the soil surface and allowed to
freely migrate with depth while exposed to environmental field conditions over
160 days. Temperature and cumulative precipitation during the experiment at the
field study site are presented in Fig. 12.30 .
Background levels of CuO and ZnO in the soils were determined prior to ENP
disposal, and CuO and ZnO redistribution with depth was determined at 1, 7, 30,
