Summary
RT3D
http://bioprocess.
pnnl.gov/
RT3D (Clement, 1997) is a reactive transport code
based on MT3DMS. It extends the capabilities of
MT3DMS to solve arbitrary kinetic reaction problems.
RT3D provides a number of predefined reaction packages,
e.g., for biodegradation of oxidizable contaminants
consuming one or more electron acceptors and for
sequential decay chain-type reactions of chlorinated
hydrocarbons (CHCs).
SUTRA

sutra.html
SUTRA (Saturated-Unsaturated Transport) is a
computer program that simulates fluid density-dependent
saturated or unsaturated groundwater flow and solute
transport. Solute transport includes conservative
transport, equilibrium adsorption, first-order and
zero-order production or decay and transport of
thermal energy in the groundwater and solid matrix of
the aquifer.

CrunchFlow
www.csteefel.com
CrunchFlow is a code for multicomponent reactive flow
and transport, which can be used for simulation of a range
of processes, including reactive contaminant transport,
chemical weathering, carbon sequestration,
biogeochemical cycling, and water-rock interaction. It
features a wide range of biogeochemical processes and has
integrated flow and solute transport components.
HBGC123D

org/main.html
HBGC123D is a computer code for the simulation of
coupled hydrologic transport and biogeochemical kinetic
and/or equilibrium reactions in variably saturated media.

HP2
HP2 (acronym for HYDRUS-PHREEQC-2D), is a
computer code, which couples Hydrus-2D/3D with the
PHREEQC geochemical code (Parkhurst and Appelo,
1999). HP2 contains modules simulating (1) transient
water flow, (2) the transport of multiple components,
(3) mixed equilibrium/kinetic biogeochemical reactions,
and (4) heat transport in two-dimensional
variably-saturated porous media (soils). The coupled
program can simulate a broad range of low-temperature
biogeochemical reactions in water, the vadose zone and in
groundwater systems, including interactions with
minerals, gases, exchangers and sorption surfaces based
on thermodynamic equilibrium, kinetic, or mixed
equilibrium-kinetic reactions.
MIN3P

research/min3p/
reactive_tran_web.htm
MIN3P is a flow and reactive transport code for variably
saturated media. Advective-diffusive transport in the water
phase and diffusive transport in the gas phase are included.
The reaction network is designed to handle kinetic and
equilibrium controlled reactions, dissolution-precipitation
