chitecture of Trafalgar Square as it is today.
In the front, near the roundabout, you'll see Nelson's Column, a tall pillar with a statue of
Admiral Horatio Nelson at the top, who died in the battle. He is guarded by four lion statues
at the bottom, a common symbol of Great Britain.
This spot is common for markets, rallies and street entertainers. Don't be surprised if the
square is packed with people and pigeons on your visit.
