Once the task is created, the initial trail run (illustrated in Figure 5-26 ) of the SQL tuning statements is scheduled for
execution.

The SPA task is executed in the new environment (see Figure 5-27 , Run SQL Trial Comparison). Please note, new
environments do not necessarily have to be RAC environments. The newness can be because of hardware platform
change, client configuration change, SQL statement change, and so forth.
