ation for an urban campground: perched on an island in between two burbling creeks,
with all the facilities, plus fully equipped cabins (three-night minimum).
Hostería Chimehuín HOTEL $$$

s/d AR$300/450; ) This is a beautiful spot a few minutes from the center of town.
Book early and you'll have a good chance of snagging a room with a balcony overlook-
ing the creek. Either way, rooms are big, warm and comfortable and the whole place has
a tranquil air to it.
Rüpú Calel HOTEL $$$

bare to some, the rooms here have a pleasing simplicity and are sparkling clean, as are
the spacious bathrooms.
Eating
Junín's dining scene is slowly improving. Local specialties such as trout, wild boar and
venison may be available.
Sigmund ARGENTINE $

colorful artsy decor, healthy food and great onda (vibe). Choose from dozens of pizzas,
pasta, sandwiches and salads, all delivered with friendly service.
Lespos PIZZERIA $
(Domingo Milanesio 520; mains AR$60-90; 12pm-1am) An inviting little pizza and burger
bar, with a better atmosphere than most. There's a wide range of pizzas on offer and a
good music selection seals the deal.
Ruca Hueney PARRILLA $$$
