A 4km hiking trail starts from Av Siete Lagos, northwest of the tourist office, and leads
to an
overlook
with good views of Lago Correntoso, Nahuel Huapi and the surrounding
mountains. It then continues another 3km to the 1992m summit. After visiting the over-
look, retrace your steps to a nearby junction that leads to
Cascada Inayacal
, a 50m wa-
terfall. If you're coming out here, get a map at the tourist office as the trails can be con-
fusing.

The waters around Villa la Angostura provide excellent fishing and these folks, the only
specialized fly-fishing guides in the Villa, offer a range of tours including floats, boat
tours, combined trekking and fishing trips and multiday excursions. With advance notice
they can organize trips to Chile to fly fish for king salmon.

lake. A three-hour trip costs about AR$760 for up to four people.
Sleeping
Except for camping and Angostura's growing hostel scene, accommodations are pricey;
in summer, single rooms are almost impossible to find - expect to pay for two people.
