(with a couple of Mediterranean faves thrown in) provides a welcome dash of variety.
There's not much to be said for the decor, but the flavors more than make up for that.

Drinking & Nightlife
Córdoba's drink of choice is Fernet (a strong, medicinal-tasting herbed liquor from Italy),
almost always mixed with Coke. If you don't mind a rough morning, start in on the stuff.
Nightlife in Córdoba basically divides itself into three areas. All the bright young
things bar-hop in Nueva Córdoba - a walk along Rondeau between Avs H Yrigoyen and
Chacabuco after midnight gives you a choice of dozens of bars, mostly playing laid-back
(or ribcage-rattling) electronic music. For a slightly older crowd and a more laid-back
scene, check out the bars on Belgrano, in the blocks around the artisan´s market.
