Unashamedly visitor-oriented, this place just off the plaza still produces excellent food.
It's a romantic locale, with several worthwhile river-fish dishes and formally correct ser-
vice.

Drinking & Nightlife
Most of the weekend action happens down at the costanera , where a knot of eateries,
bars and clubs go loud and late. To get to the action, dead north up Buenos Aires and its
continuation for some nine blocks from the city center.
