There's a
summer-house feel about this delightfully relaxed little budget place, which has nine
rooms alongside a courtyard and garden with pool. The rooms are unremarkable, though
well-priced - some are darkish duplexes, others simpler and lighter - but it's the grace of
the whole ensemble that makes this a winner. Some of the plumbing could do with a re-
fit.

Five rooms and a lovely little garden patio set on a quiet street just back from the river-
side park: all you need for a dose of Paraná relaxation. Simple, compact, spotless rooms,
helpful staff, and, in spring, a riot of flowering plants are plus points, as is the family
room up at the back. More than the sum of its parts.
