Rosario has two rival fútbol teams with several league titles between them. Newell's Old

plays in red and black at Estadio Marcelo Bielsa, where the club is based, and has a long,
proud history of producing great Argentine fútbol players. Rosario Central (

stripes at Estadio 'El Gigante de Arroyito'. Buy tickets from the stadiums from two
hours before the match.

where dealers sell everything from silverwork to leather goods. There are several other
weekend markets held along the riverbank, including an excellent Sunday retro market
near where Oroño meets the 'coast.'

There are numerous places to get online, and plenty of spots offer free wi-fi, including
Plaza 25 de Mayo and the pedestrian zone (network: mr_gratuita).
Several 24-hour pharmacies are in the city center, including on the corner of San
Lorenzo and Entre Ríos.
Banks and ATMs are all over, with a cluster along Santa Fe near Plaza 25 de Mayo.
There are many locutorios (private telephone offices) around the city center.
