The handsomest restaurant in town, this is exquisitely set in an old brick railroad shed,
with a delightful terrace on the platform, excellent service and seriously delicious meat.
The menu is wide-ranging, though, and has mixed-grilled vegetables and more meaty op-
tions than most. Wines are very overpriced. It's on the riverbank near España.

Occupying Rosario's most charming position, right on
the river below the contemporary art museum with 180-degree views, is a smart restaur-
ant inside a glass cube, and outdoor riverside seating with an overpriced bar menu of
sandwiches and similar. The eats are much better inside - try the riverfish platter for two
- but have a beer on the deck first to make the most of the location.

Rosario has a great number of
restobares
, which function as hybrid cafes and bars and
generally serve a fairly standard selection of snacks and plates. Many are good for a
morning coffee, an evening glass of wine - or anything in between.
