Campgrounds charge from AR$80 upwards per person per night. Most close at the end of
March, but two at the southern end of town on Av 3 (at the beach) are open all year:

Teeming
with young Argentines in January but tranquil off-season, this ultrahomey hostel sits atop
a sloping evergreen-fringed lawn in a residential area between the bus terminal and the
center, six blocks from the beach. Eight-bed dorms, plus private rooms in low season, are
complemented by spacious, comfy common areas and a nice guest kitchen. Breakfast is
served till 1pm.

block from the beach, this cute hotel has some nice common areas, particularly the front
deck. The 21 small, homey rooms have tiny baths, but with beach umbrellas provided
you won't be in them most of the time. Guests enjoy access to the sauna, gym and tiny
heated pool downstairs. Rooms facing away from the beach have air-con.

this large house in a residential neighborhood near the center, five rooms are available -
