Tandil's
bus terminal

is 12 blocks east of the main plaza.
Walk, take bus 505 (AR$4.25) or you can catch a taxi (which will cost you about
AR$20) from in front of the terminal.
Trains from Buenos Aires' Constitución station (
primera
/Pullman class AR$100/120,
seven hours) arrive in Tandil on Tuesday and Friday nights and head back on Wednesday
and Sunday nights, but double check as service can be suspended.

Getting Around
Tandil's excellent public transportation system (per ride AR$4.25) reaches every import-
ant sight. Bus 500 (yellow) goes to Dique del Fuerte, buses 501 (red) and 505 (brown) go
to the bus terminal, and bus 503 (blue) goes to Cerro La Movediza, plus the university
and the bus terminal.
